The Company, Betwixt Inc (hereinafter referred to as ‘Betwixt’) does not rent, sell, or share personal information of its clients with others or non-affiliated companies, except to provide the services requested by its clients and only when permission has been granted by the said clients.

1. Collection of Personal Information
Betwixt collects the personal information of its customers to the extent necessary to provide its services.

2. Usage of Personal Information
Betwixt will not handle any personal information in its possession beyond the extent necessary for fulfilling its intended purpose of usage, except in the following cases;

・ where a customer uses Betwixt’s bulletin board (“Terms of rule”);
・ where a customer has granted permission; where Betwixt is required to do so by a legally-enforced order or;
・ if such information is required for the protection of a person's life, body, or property and the permission of the
　customer cannot be readily obtained.

3. Disclosure of Personal Information
Betwixt will respond to, within a reasonable time period, requests from a customer or a party acting on behalf of a customer for disclosure of applicable personal information, except in the following cases:

・ if there is due concern over damage to the life, body, property, or other rights or interests of a customer or
　 any third party;
・ if there is due concern over a significant obstruction to the proper operations of Betwixt or;
・ if there is the possibility of violation of any legal ordinances.

4. Amendments of Personal Information
Betwixt, if requested by a customer or a party acting on behalf of the customer to make amendments, additions, or deletions to the content of the applicable personal information, will carry out Amendments, etc. to such information within the extent necessary to fulfill its intended purpose.
